Review
We can review your current documentation to help improve existing ways to understand and communicate your beneficiaries’ needs. This will be followed up with a 2-hour coaching session and recommendations document, resulting in a more accurate understanding of beneficiary needs.
Design & training
We will work with you to create an actionable process that you can use to assess needs yourselves. This will include piloting of the methodology, several design calls, training to collect the data, and relevant questionnaire and/or interview templates.
Full needs assessment
In addition to co-creating the actionable process with you, in a full needs assessment we will collect data from participants for you - either online or in-person, and analyse and write up into a stunning report. We will also help you integrate findings into your ongoing impact strategy.
